Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-business-day return policy, which means you have 14 business days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label to print and attach to your package before dropping it off at a drop-off point or Post Office. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Costs
We cover return shipping costs for a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order. There are no restocking fees.
Specific Return and Refund Conditions
Change of Mind Returns: If you change your mind after purchase, you can return the product within 14 business days, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty product, please contact our customer service immediately, ideally within 48 hours, for instructions. Greenery Warehouse will cover return costs within 14 business days and provide a replacement product or a refund.
Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and cover return costs if necessary.
Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours and we will cover the return costs and ensure you receive the correct product.
Item Not Received: If your product has never arrived, contact us within 48 hours so we can launch an investigation with the courier. If the product cannot be located, we will offer a full refund or a replacement product.
Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure after receiving the product.
Policy for Damaged or Faulty Items
Upon receipt of damaged or faulty items, contact our customer service ideally within 48 hours, or as soon as you notice a problem if that is not possible. Send us photos of the defect or damage. We will inspect the item and, if approved, provide a replacement or a full refund.
Policy for Non-Damaged Items
You can return non-damaged and unused products within 14 business days. Please ensure it is in the original packaging. This does not apply to custom-made or personalised items.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
