Our delivery services are exclusively available in Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Transit time after shipping: 5-10 business days (Monday to Friday) 

Total Delivery Time: 6-12 business days (Monday to Friday)

Delays may be extended in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, such as courier strikes or extreme weather conditions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We partner with reputable couriers to ensure timely delivery.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on the weekend are processed the next business day.

Changes to Shipping Address

Please carefully check the shipping address when placing your order, as once shipped, we will no longer be able to modify it.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order ships (ideally within 12 hours).

Please note that for logistical reasons, once the order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged during transport, please, if possible, reject the parcel from the courier service and contact our customer service.
